Tiina Vestman Appointed CEO of SC Software

Tiina Vestman has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of SC Software Oy and its group companies.

Vestman, a co‑founder of the company, currently serves as Sales Director and has previously held the position of CEO. She brings deep expertise in the company’s customer landscape and product portfolio.

According to Pasi Lehtinen, Chairman of the Board of SC Software Oy, Vestman’s leadership is well aligned with the company’s current phase of development: “Tiina is a dynamic and experienced leader with a profound understanding of the company. She has strong confidence in SC Software’s future and provides a clear vision for strengthening customer relationships and advancing the company’s professional capabilities.”

SC Software Achieves ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Information Security Certification

SC Software Oy has achieved the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification following two years of systematic development. The certification scope includes SC Software’s system deliveries (SaaS), system development and continuous services. Certificate also cover Helsinki, Jyväskylä, and Kuopio sites.

ISO/IEC 27001:2022 is an international standard for information security management systems (ISMS). The certification confirms that SC Software’s operational practices meet the highest global standards and that the company approaches information security with seriousness and foresight. Valid for three years, the certification was granted based on independent audits conducted by Bureau Veritas.

“The importance of data security and protection is increasingly emphasized when delivering industry-specific and business-critical software solutions to clients. Most of our customers are large enterprises, organizations, and public sector entities for whom information security is essential. We can now demonstrate that our operations and system development practices comply with these requirements, offering our clients peace of mind in this regard”, says Olli Väätäinen, CEO.

The certification introduces unified and standardized procedures that simplify daily operations and support continuous improvement. Annual surveillance audits ensure the certification remains current and that operations are consistently developed.

“We now have clear and internationally standardized operating models that will facilitate future development of our information security practices.
